Contact & Editorial Notes

New England Light is an independent editorial resource. It is not a photography studio and does not take bookings — but questions, corrections and suggestions from readers are genuinely welcome, and they make the site better.

What this page is for

If an article contains an error, could be clearer, or leaves out something a reader would value, please say so. Editorial suggestions — a craft topic worth covering, a public regional-photography resource worth citing, a technique explained badly — are equally welcome. Nothing here is beyond correction; the writing is done in good faith and improved over time as readers weigh in.

Please note again that New England Light is not affiliated with any prior owner of this domain, any photography studio, or any organisation named in its articles. It cannot pass on messages to any third party, cannot arrange any photographic service, and holds no photographs belonging to anyone else. If you have reached this page hoping to commission or recover work from a business that once used this address, this site is unfortunately not able to help — it is a separate, independently written publication.

What makes a useful note

Corrections travel fastest when they are specific: the page, the passage, and what should change. Suggestions for new craft articles are most useful when they describe the reader's actual difficulty — the thing that never quite made sense — rather than a broad topic. And if you know of a public archive, gallery or park resource worth linking, a direct address is always appreciated. Every note is read, even if a reply is not always possible; the small ones — a typo, a broken link, a date that looks wrong — are as welcome as the large ones, and they are the corrections that keep a reference site honest over the years.
